At Ace Outdoors, we know that getting pupils to work with others is something that's often difficult to achieve. Our Team building Academy for Schools is aimed at students aged from 8 years and above. We can cater for any group or size in a huge variety of activities. Teachers or leaders can watch and enjoy or take on the challenges too.

We have lots of classic and fun team building activities up our sleeves to keep your pupils engaged and working better together. For example:

• Mine field - crossing and pulling people safely across a dead minefield
• Nuclear Reactor Challenge - NASA Challenge
• Bridge Building
• Team survival challenge

Ace means Active, Challenging and Educational. We cover the following elements on our team building course:

• An understanding of how to work together as a team and on an individual basis
• Key communication skills, learning to interact with tools and people
• An insight into problem solving
• Leadership abilities
• Co-ordination skills
• Mental and physical aptitudes

These outcomes will be delivered through interesting and engaging outdoor activities.

We have worked with a variety of youth groups and organisations including schools, Scouts and Guides, probation services, and Church groups in different settings, to name but a few.

Events are tailor made for each group and can be on or off session sessions for a couple of hours, or full-day events. These can be based at your school site, local park or even as part of a school trip.
