NOTES:
Group sizes are generally from 4 to 10 clients depending on the actual activity. Grades given for each of the trips are derived from a number of factors, including distance covered, length of day, height gained, time of year, terrain and equipment to be carried, as well as other technical considerations.
What's included in the price of your trip?
We provide accommodation and, in addition to this in most cases, all transport during your trip; most or all of the meals; transfer to ferry where appropriate; the use of specialist equipment such as tents, climbing equipment and a qualified and experienced instructor. Please refer to your detailed course notes/holiday itinerary for the exact details on what is being provided and included on your trip.
Catering / Dietary Requirements
All the food on our all-inclusive holidays and short breaks is vegetarian or vegan. Our catering team provides a range of meal options and can cater for most tastes. If you should require a different menu option, please contact us so that we can advise you on other alternative packages we offer.

Clients who are Vegetarian and Vegan Society members are entitled to a 10% discount on their first guided trip with Ace Outdoors. Further discounts apply for returning customers.
