Transport

We do not always provide transport to and from the course venue or between venues unless stated. Your booking confirmation letter and course notes will give details of how to find the venue where we are running your course.

Accommodation

We do not provide overnight accommodation before, during and after your course unless otherwise stated in the information in your course notes. However, we can provide a list of accommodation local to your course, which will be sent to you with your booking confirmation information pack.

Equipment hire

On all of our standard courses we provide all of the specialist equipment you will need. If you are unsure what equipment is required for your course or whether your own equipment is suitable, please call us on 0845 505 1221 and we will be happy to advise.

Insurance

We strongly recommend that you take out travel and activity insurance to cover cancellation, medical and your own personal possessions whilst on your course. There are a number of adventure activity insurance providers who will be able to provide this service.

The British Mountaineering Council website offers specialist cover at very competitive rates.

Our walking guides and instructors will ask you for a copy of your insurance details at the start of your course to ensure you are covered in the event of anything unforeseen.

Please ring us if you are unsure which level of cover you need for your course.
